Allystar Wins the Certificate of Merit in 2021-22 Hong Kong Awards for Industries
The 2021-22 Hong Kong Awards for Industries (HKAI) Awards Presentation Ceremony was held on 28 November 2022 at the Grand Hall of Hong Kong Science Park. Allystar Won the Certification of Merit for Technology Achievement of the HKAI for its outstanding performance in the field of GNSS navigation and positioning chips.
Supported by the Government, the HKAI was launched in 2005 by merging the former Hong Kong Awards for Industry and Hong Kong Awards for Services, established in 1989 and 1997 respectively. The HKAI aims to recognize the remarkable achievements of the outstanding enterprises in enhancing their competitiveness in various aspects, in which the Technology Achievement Category aiming to enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong industries and to recognize outstanding enterprises that have contributed to the development of technology in Hong Kong.
Since its first participation in the selection of the HKAI in 2018, Allystar has participated in and won the honors for many times with its self-developed Beidou-3 and multi-system and multi-frequency high-precision GNSS SoC chipset which was integrated RF,baseband, flash and high-efficiency switching regulator and supporting BDS-3 system.
TAU1201 and TAU1202 series modules are high-performance dual-frequency GNSS positioning modules, which are based on the state of art CYNOSURE III architecture that has won HKAI. They support the new generation of the BDS-3 signal system, and GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, NavIC, QZSS and SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, GAGAN and MSAS) . TAU1201 and TAU1202 series modules integrate efficient power management architecture, while providing high precision, high sensitivity and low power consumption GNSS solutions which make them suitable for bike-sharing, electric scooters and other two-wheeled applications as well as IOT applications.
TAU1302 and TAU1312 series modules are the high-performance dual-frequency RTK(*TAU1312) positioning modules, which are equipped with Allystar’s chipset that has also won HKAI. They support the new generation of the BDS-3 signal system and GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS , and multi-band multi-system high-precision raw data output, easy for 3rd party integration. These products can be widely used in intelligent driving, automatic mower, agricultural machinery path planning and maintenance, agricultural machinery automatic driving and remote control, robotics as well as other fields.
This award is a highly recognition by the Hong Kong government for Allystar's outstanding performance in the industry, and also confirms our company’s continuous contribution to promoting technological innovation and industrial application in the field of GNSS chips. Looking forward to the future, Allystar continues to advance in the development of GNSS positioning chips and solutions, including the integrated design of baseband and RF and algorithm research. For different needs of industrial applications, Allystar has planned a complete chip product line focusing on shared bikes, vehicle application, UAVs, intelligent terminals, etc. Allystar is promoting the large-scale development of the GNSS industry with its cutting-edge R&D capability and applications, and striding forward in making good use of GNSS on the ground.
